This is the heart and soul of Grafting the Vine. I started playing piano when I was 7 and bass at 14, the rest is history. I love all styles of music and play many, but in the end, heavy music is in my DNA. I now primarily play stringed instruments and record everything in my home studio. Music has always been a way to make space to express myself and create energy. Thank you for listening!

Recording on Your Own
When I was in bands growing up, I could never imagine being able to write, record, engineer, mix, and master music all from my home. It took every penny we had in our band to create a simple five track LP which costs thousands of dollars. The music recording and production world has been completely disrupted by powerful and now affordable technology. These incredible innovations have empowered the world to create music from anywhere with a very limited budget.
